My kids were in heaven in this house. It is so huge and provides the best amenities!! It has a special hide out for kids. The swim spa is amazing and it has a smaller private hot tub overlooking the lake.

My kids think this is the coolest house ever. Between the game room in the basement and the passages from the top bunks on the 3rd floor into the indoor treehouse on the 4th floor, they never wanted to leave. All the adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and the the jetted tub with waterfall spout in the ceiling and the triple head shower. The beds were comfortable and the kids never said the words "I'm bored". We will definitely be returning in the future.

This was a great place to stay! We had a large group for a golfing trip and the campus lake 4 story accommodated to everyone. Frank and his team were all very nice and helpful through out the stay. We also planned a party bus through dadds magic bus and it was a great time. Frank helped us set up the whole thing. He got us a great bus and an awesome drive!! Would for sure come back.

Pontoon boat 2.5 kitchens and plenty of fun for the family The beds are very comfortable 2 hotubs swim pool a few doors down free use. A lot to do on the make with the row boats and pontoon rental, the volleyball court house escape games tikki bar free firewood.

We rented this place to house our larger family group with kids. It turned out to be perfect for us. With super large table, the many different sleeping options and rooms made our stay one for the books. Plenty of stuff to do with all the games, kayaks, fishing poles, and volleyball, and spas. We were never bored. Feels like your away from it all but close enough to town if you forgot something. Owner attended to our needs and maintenance technician Mark was awesome. Thanks again!

This has been the most amazing trip! Beautiful location and able to accomate all 30+ guests. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot! The host and neighbors are all so accommodating and friendly. 100% would recommend!

This lakehouse could not have been more perfect for our huge group of chaperones and high school seniors. The property management company was easy to work with, responsive and accommodating. The hot tub was clean, hot and ready to go. There was even firewood provided in the fire pit area. Beach volleyball and Tiki bar is a blast for such a big group. Overall great house to host a large group.

We had the pleasure to stay in this beautiful 4 story home. Plenty of space and exciting things to do. My family loves it and will be coming back. The staff is amazing and very fast to respond with any questions or concerns one may have. Definitely worth it!

This beautiful home was so accommodating! It sleeps as many as they have listed, all my guest that came were happy and comfortable with having so much living space available. Frank was also very nice and understanding and had it all ready for us upon arrive! We would totally recommend this for anyone with a big party or group of people!

Such a great house, very spacious

The Campau Lake Heaven house was the PERFECT weekend staycation house for my annual Galentine's weekend with my girlfriends! It was a short drive from Chicago and was an ideal meeting spot for my friends in Michigan as well. We did not want to leave the house because it had so many spacious rooms, 3 kitchens, 2 hot tubs, and even a disco/ tiki bar/ game room for our after dinner party! It even included a scavenger hunt to discover different parts of the house, which was super fun! Frank was super responsive in all of our email communications and was such a great host! I can't wait to explore the other properties he has to offer!

Loved every second of this cozy winter oasis! We had access to everything we wanted for the perfect girls getaway. We can't wait to come back in the summer.

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful weekend away in the amazing winter wonderland. This house would be just as amazing in the summer. Home had great amenities, more then enough space, lots to do and just 18 miles from Grand Rapids. We decided to spend the entire weekend at the house, cook, and enjoy the hut tubs. The basement had a bar, pool table and booze ball table. Perfect weekend in with so much to do!

My group had a wonderful time! Lots of space for people to relax, whether it was in the 2 hot-tubs, on the lake ice fishing or in the game room. At the end my group was asking me, when we will be back?!

me and my husband enjoyed our stay with our friends and family. We had a small ceremony but the location was beautiful and worth it. Tami was an amazing host and the house was big enough for me and my guest. We also enjoyed the big hot tub. We will be renting again hopefully soon.

This place is awesome. Great size and they have have everything that’s you would need as far as pots and pans in the kitchen, fishing rods and canoes , propane grills, etc..we never left the property it’s literally heaven for family and friends .I will definitely book with them again.❤️

It was tough to find such a large place on the lake to accommodate our group. We immediately fell in love with this property upon first sight. When working with Frank after booking, we learned this place is better than expected! Yard games, lake toys, multiple rooms for rest & relaxation, TWO hot tubs! Our whole group loved it there, and we are all excited and want to return next year.

Our group had concerns about going through with our trip due to the Coronavirus Lockdown extension now lasting through Memorial Day, so we had to cancel. Frank not only understood and gave our money back in full, he also helped call AirBnB and work out system issues that were causing our refund to be withheld. Great guy, suggest working with him.

Stayed here with some friends and had a great time. There is lots of room and beds. He even supplies kayaks and a volleyball net. The hottub down stairs is huge. We rented the downstairs for 2 nights and got the upstairs for free due to the house escape game for cheap the first night and a discount for the second. I definitely recommend renting the whole building. Frank responds quickly and Tammi is wonderful.

The home worked out very well to host the bridal bash weekend for 30 ladies to spend the weekend and have a shower and bachelorette party at 1 convenient location.

We had 30 members of our family stay at this location for an out of town family weekend. Our ages were from 89 years to 6 months. We enjoyed all the amenities especially the lake, the hot tub, the volleyball court, the pool Tiki room, fishing and kayaking. Having 4 floors allowed us to spread out for those who stayed up late; yet meet together for an awesome breakfast buffet. This home was the perfect location and the size we needed to be together. We take family groups more and more and more for over 15 years!

Fantastic location and facility for bonding, team building and just plan fun.

This was an ideal rental home for our group. Everything was clean, working and as good or better than advertized!!! I will admit that I was a bit concerned going into the weekend that I had not booked through a large rental company (vrbo or airbnb), but my fears were allieviated through the professionalism of those who own and maintain this property. Kris, who walked us through the house upon our arrival, showed us what we needed to know and got us set up for our weekend. Frank, the owner and manager, was clear and direct with his communications before and during the trip, checked in daily to see if we needed anything, and was a pleasure to rent from. We rented for three nights and spent all three days and two of evenings enjoying the deck, volleyball court, cornhole boards, grill, lake and lake toys. There were six distinct areas in which to relax, two sizeable living rooms, two full kitchens in which you could cook for an army, a massive dining room with a table around which we could fit 26, and enough bathrooms so no one ever had to wait long. Our group included 29 adults at the biggest point, and we had no trouble accomodating everyone inside. We feared parking might be an issue, but there were spaces for 11 or 13 vehicles so it was perfect. Also, there is an upscale gas station with liquor, beer, food and other assorted stuff you tend to need but forget to pack about one mile away and a meat store and pizzaria beside it, so you never have to leave your little bubble while you are there.I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a house in which to put a large group or several families because having everyone under one roof is invaluable. And the only disappointing thing about this place was having to leave it on Sunday morning!

6 friends and I spent the weekend in the lower level and had a blast! The tiki bar was a great addition to have and the beds were very comfortable too. We will be back!

The home had a great play room and hot tubs we're enjoyed. Kitchens we're supplied with enough pots and pans to host our family Christmas dinner. The check in hosts were very helpful and went over the top to accommodate a problem we encountered. Which brings me to the reason for 3 out of 5 stars. We had our 77 year old parents with us and don't get around to well, the stairs we're not easy for them hence the hand railing was missing. Also some of the bathroom and bedroom door locks we're broke so privacy was slightly difficult. The beds are all pretty much bunks which makes for lots of folks being able to sleep there but not so friendly for the backs. This home would be great for a friends get together or party, wouldn't recommend bringing anyone handicap or elderly. We did enjoy being together and enjoyed the home just needs some simple updates.

We always have a check in text to accomodate for check in early requests if possible and we have no other guests departing and if we do we can add cleaners if you want to cover the cost of a additional cleaners and option to get early check in. We even go out of the way and decorate the house with a Christmas tree and lights that cover the front for the holiday spirit. We have a ramp built between houses to get to lower level and open wall railings to the lower level for handicap easements. We were not allowed a elevator on our building permits. We had made hallways wider and steps split into 2 steps of 5-7 so you don't have to go strait up . We have had builders build sturdy solid bunk beds that are fulls and a 350 lb. full grown man could sleep on the high end comfort top matress. We have had great compliments since we installed them. We have a text and team on call for any issues with locks that within a few keystrokes will alert a team member that lives within minutes to visit (when convenient to repair). This house is massive with 5 bathrooms I cannot believe every lock would have had a issue and will have our maintenance review them asap. Finally it's about family time...we appreciate the fact that there was time to enjoy what is very hard to find, yet we understand it's hard to keep everyone happy even with all the holiday bussle. We do appreciate the nicer comments and have a team to assist with any requests and if we get any requests for any specific upgrades we are quick to add them. Like the 5 new 50 inch google play unlimited video jute box and streaming video for your favorite pictures and videos, Netflix, all movie channels with cable and direct t,v x box connect and google pod devices along with a new swim spa and 8 burner gas grills 2 tikki bars, kids forts, jacuzzi tub, steamer shower, kayaks and new docks just to name a few...upgrades Please give us some new ideas and were ready to install them. Oh and we have limousines DADDS MAGIC BUS ready to take you out to special experiences listed on our experiences app. Thanks for any feedback that can help us help you to enjoy our home as after all it's your home.

Campau Heaven surpassed my expectations they were professional , house was immaculate the ladies bonded in the game room down stairs and the hot tub was just another added bonus!!! The wonderful thing about the house with 25 of us, we never once felt like we were crowded. With 3 kitchens, 5 bathrooms, and enough to sleep over 30 we were pleasantly surprised at how much living space there is for everyone to spread out. The view is absolutely stunning of the lake. We enjoyed the hot tub at night after a long day of shopping at the new outlet mall that was just built several miles away. Which was an added bonus. We have already booked it for this summer, and are looking forward to kayaking, boating, and bon fires. This home is an absolute must for any family / friend getaway - We highly recommend it and can not wait to return. This is by far the nicest rental property we have ever rented. Thank you so much :)

My (now) wife and I rented this property for a weekend getaway wedding with our closest friends and family. We got married at Caledonia lakeside park (nearby) on a beautiful afternoon and the rental procedure was painless. We were a little noisier than we had anticipated but the neighbors let us know and it wasn't a problem. I advise carpooling if you are having a wedding style event as we had trouble fitting 14 cars in the available area. Although a few items were starting to wear out and/are in need of maintenance or replacing we were told that they were doing yearly maintenance soon and they were so sorry for the inconvenience. We are looking into doing a 5 year reunion here down the road and recommend you try the place out, it's amazing.

My family rented the home on Campau Lake for a reunion. Members traveled from all parts of the country only to find the property live up to the photos. The good news is they have a handy man He changed the burned out light bulbs. He fixed the clogged drain that was my kids fault. He filled the gas event on pontoon boat. In spite of the weather challenges, we had a good time.

So me and my friends were trying to rent this to attend the night of our prom and the days to follow we met every requirement they wanted us to meet but still made sure we had proper parents on hand to rent and we kept things under control, we had a great time as we are good kids and played good christian games and had a fun campfire.

We have stayed here with our group of 30 on three different occasions...it is perfect. It is a comfortable house that has room for everyone AND great room for having everyone in one space. The large dining table and the terrific game room downstairs really add a great touch! Even though large, this place feels very homey and comfortable. Frank is the easiest person to work with...I highly recommend it!

We were so impressed with this home. It's so spacious and the kids loved the Noah's Arc! Thank you we will certainly refer this home to our friends.

Our family had a wonderful time at Campau Heaven!! We enjoyed the Thanksgiving Holiday there. There was plenty of room for all of our family. The kitchen was perfect to have 6 cooks in the kitchen at once. The table seated the whole entire family together.... what a blessing! The kids enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the lake. I really enjoyed the steam shower every night! We all enjoyed the game room with pool and disco ball. The property was very clean and well maintained. There were great restaurants nearby (Paradise Pizza, Ucello's Sports Bar and Restaurant, Subway and many more to choose from). The owner had us call when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and he also called after our stay to make sure all went well. We will definitely plan another family vacation there.

This property was exactly what we were looking for! We had around 25 kids and 6 adults for a youth group retreat, and this house worked great! The owners were so kind, and were very prompt in their responses when discussing dates of availability and such.The house was huge, with plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably! There were many bedrooms across the four floors, allowing us kids to spread out and have enough room. There were also plenty of bathrooms, all of which were nice, clean, and spacious, to allow for us to get ready quicker in the morning. The open areas, both in the basement and the first floor, allowed plenty of space for bonding. We stayed up until early in the morning, and because we were in the basement, the adults could sleep peacefully upstairs without disturbance. We also loved the game room, with the foosball table and pool table, which allowed us to relax and play and gave us something to do during down times. It gave us enough room in the house to separate out, relax, and recharge. The kitchen was wonderful too! The kids all cooked, and we were able to find everything that we needed, and there was plenty of space to have 6 kids in there all working to prepare the meals. And the dining table, which was large enough to seat everyone, gave us a great environment to enjoy our meals.We went during the winter, and there was a nice field at a nearby school where we played snow football.Overall, nothing bad I could say about the house. All items are new and great condition, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to give everyone enough space, and nice living room areas, both on the first floor and in the basement, so that the kids could all be in one area. Beautiful home in general! I would highly recommend to any large group!

We strive to get the very best work space and common areas. We have added a 15 ft table that seats 30 people, in a minimum and added ping pong. and have created, areas as a resource for areas and things for people to do and places to hang out in. These areas and still allow people to get good rest. we are just 20 minutes from Grand Rapids in 10 minutes from the airportand have a transportation service to provide shuttle back and forth if needed.we welcome your stay again thank you for the review.

The house was absolutely phenomenal! We had a 30-person retreat for our community service organization, and the weekend was a blast! I really enjoyed all of the amenities of the spacious house and the backyard was really great to play some games in. It was a really awesome place to bond with a large group of people. Definitely a trip I will never forget! Thanks so much!

We had a great experience! Beautiful view, very comfortable and clean. Kids loved game room, adults loved the large kitchen area overlooking the livingroom and dining area. We did need to call management one time to change a light bulb, he arrived within the hour. We will definitely use again next year :)

Fantastic family vacation! The home was very clean and child friendly and even had several toys for my granddaughter to play with. The playground on the corner was very handy. We utilized the pizza place and corner market last minute items. My boys enjoyed the fishing and the campfire. I enjoyed the steam shower and the kitchen!

The house is very large with plenty of sleeping area's. Lake is great and all enjoyed the swim dock and paddle boat. Owner very good in returning phone call but...trolling motor unable to use till Tuesday evening as battery was dead and no charger left Good location,close to Grand Rapids for easy shopping. Make sure you eat at Sam's Joint. Wonderful ribs-went back twice. Teens loved ping pong table. House is very "homey". Activities available on lake yet not alot of noise.

This literally was my "home away from home" when I was in the midst of moving. What I found was that the owners' interior decorating touches also made it feel like home ~ very warm & welcoming with family as the focus. Others must have felt this too as evidenced in the homeowners' charming journal book filled with fond memories written by guests over many years. How interesting to read of travelers' young & old from near & far ~ even from across oceans! This ample home catered to those celebrating reunions, weddings, honeymoons,holidays, sporting events ~ many as return guests!

This was such a great experience for our family! The process from the beginning was simple and the customer service was excellent :) We are planning to book this property every year going forward...Thank you Frank & Cheryl

We enjoyed holding our family reunion at this property. We had a large group with many kids. It was a good size for our party and the kids loved the crazy bedrooms, the game room, the big raft, and the kayaks. The bottom of the lake is a bit mucky [thus the 4 star rating] but we found another beach on another part of the lake where we could swim. If they could dump sand in the water in front of the house - it would be perfect [not sure if that is possible, though]. Most of the homes we were looking at for our reunion did not have lakefront access so being able to get up in the morning and jump in the kayaks from the comfort of the rental home was wonderful. The hot tub did not work most of the time we were there. Dan from the down the street (super nice guy) came over several times to try to get it to work -but it needed a major part replaced [motor I think]. Having a hot tub was not a must have for our trip so we were okay that it was not available for our stay. We really enjoyed our week at this home and would stay there again.

I would definitely recommend this property to others. There was plenty of space for us to divide up and do activities. The girls had a blast and we never even left the site. Everything was clean and we did not have any concerns or disappointments. There were so many features; we did not have enough time to use them all (we needed longer than weekend to get to everything). I look forward to returning again and wish I could more often.

This property was nothing short of amazing. The pictures on this site do not do this house justice in terms of its interior space and overall extremely high quality. Me and some friends organized a date weekend here, and everyone had a great time. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived and very well maintained. About 15-20 minutes away is an area with a lot of shopping, and a wide range of restaurants including some very nice places. The owner as well as his representative were very easy to work with, and always responded promptly to any questions I had. I would without doubt recommend this property to any medium to large size groups, and will definitely keep it in mind for my future plans.

This property was exactly what we were looking for! We had around 25 kids and 6 adults for a youth group retreat, and this house worked great! The owners were so kind, and were very prompt in their responses when discussing dates of availability and such. The house was huge, with plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably! There were many bedrooms across the four floors, allowing us kids to spread out and have enough room. There were also plenty of bathrooms, all of which were nice, clean, and spacious, to allow for us to get ready quicker in the morning. The open areas, both in the basement and the first floor, allowed plenty of space for bonding. We stayed up until early in the morning, and because we were in the basement, the adults could sleep peacefully upstairs without disturbance. We also loved the game room, with the foosball table and pool table, which allowed us to relax and play and gave us something to do during down times. It gave us enough room in the house to separate out, relax, and recharge. The kitchen was wonderful too! The kids all cooked, and we were able to find everything that we needed, and there was plenty of space to have 6 kids in there all working to prepare the meals. And the dining table, which was large enough to seat everyone, gave us a great environment to enjoy our meals. We went during the winter, and there was a nice field at a nearby school where we played snow football. Overall, nothing bad I could say about the house. All items are new and great condition, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to give everyone enough space, and nice living room areas, both on the first floor and in the basement, so that the kids could all be in one area. Beautiful home in general! I would highly recommend to any large group!

We strive to get the very best work space and common areas. We have added a 15 ft table that seats 30 people, in a minimum and added ping pong. and have created, areas as a resource for areas and things for people to do and places to hang out in. These areas and still allow people to get good rest. we are just 20 minutes from Grand Rapids in 10 minutes from the airportand have a transportation service to provide shuttle back and forth if needed.we welcome your stay again thank you for the review.

A group and myself rented this house last March and it was excellent. The house was more than we expected and easily hosted our whole group. If any group of people are looking to get away for a weekend I highly recommend this house.

The house was absolutely phenomenal! We had a 30-person retreat for our community service organization, and the weekend was a blast! I really enjoyed all of the amenities of the spacious house and the backyard was really great to play some games in. It was a really awesome place to bond with a large group of people. Visited for a weekend with a group of college friends. Found the house itself to be in excellent condition and owner was easy to contact before and during our visit to answer questions. Had no problems with the facility and plenty of space for indoor and outdoor activity. View on the lake is great. Highly recommend.

This was everything that I had imagined. . . and more! There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out and sleep. The furniture was nice and everything was very clean; The large kitchen table was great for everyone to gather around together! I would most certainly recommend this to anyone looking to accommodate an extra-large group of people.

Staying at the house was absolutely great. The house is spacious with rooms to spare, plenty of activities for kids and adults. Having 2 kitchens was extremely beneficial for us, specially if making lunch and/or dinner for a big group of people. My favorite was the game room! Truly wonderful place to stay!

This location was great for my large group of young adults. It was close to Grand Rapids and had lots of space for us to spread out. It was clean and all ready for us to enjoy a relaxing weekend. Would go there again for sure!

We had a problem. We needed a place to house 28 collegiate female rugby players, two males coaches and two team moms for the National Sweet 16 and Elite 8 playoffs. We also wanted a place that promoted more team bonding than the typical cubicles that hotel rooms provide. To this end, Campau Heaven was the perfect place. It provided rooms and beds for everyone, privacy if needed, but also big space where everyone could hang out. With ample bathrooms, cooking space and laundries, we had everything we needed to be self sufficient - not having to go out to eat for meals. The accommodations were very comfortable, fun to stay in and perfect for focussing on championship games. In addition, the electronic services allowed the players to continue with their homework during their down time. We found Frank and the people at 4rentmi.com to be very, very helpful in addressing our specific needs. If the playoffs are held in Grand Rapids again, we will certainly be returning to Campau Heaven. BTW, we won both games and are now headed for the Final Four! Thanks for the stay. This was hands down the best home for large groups. It is very spacious and it is as good as it looks in the photos!! Our group consisted of 25 people and we had a fantastic weekend. The game room was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of light in the house and its beautiful. Overall great weekend and would do it again 100%

This is a great house for entertaining on the lake. They have a nice size yard, lots of bedrooms and entertainment.

Great location to fit a lot of people into one place and yet not feel cramped at all. This cottage is huge. We really enjoyed the kitchen that was large and open to the living room and a very large dining area. The entertainment room with roll up garage door to create an open air feeling and tiki hut style bar was a huge hit. Hot tub on the third story deck was very cool to hang out in at night. Our family and friends had an amazing time here.

Awesome location to accommodate a large group of people for an outdoor wedding reception!

This house is so unique and accommodates so many people. The reception held here was well planned with a Bar tender and Caterer. The Tiki Bar/ Pool room was perfect!! We stayed for a family wedding at this luxury waterfront property . This home really served us! We had a large number of family coming together from outside the Grand Rapids area for the event and we wanted something more intimate than a hotel. Frank and his team took care of all our needs and made the stay an enjoyable one for all. The house is expansive, so we spent some fun times with the kids exploring around the multi-levels. We enjoyed morning coffee on the decks and evenings under the stars in the hot tub! We wish we could have spent more time at the home so we could have enjoyed the property more. We didn't have a lot of lake time due to our schedules and the cooler weather, but the waterfront is very nice and the fall colors were wonderful!

Thanks for the great gathering place for our family and friends. It was really nice to be able to have the whole familly together in one place! We shared the cost between family's and it worked out great for us. The views of the lake were spectacular for the fall Michigan colors as we had hoped they would be. The weather was great and we had a nice bonfire. We brought our guitars and had a great time. We hope to come back again and make this an annual family reunion. Thanks for providing a comfortable and clean place that allowed for our family to be together! We will recommend this vacation rental to our friends.

I have not stayed at the property yet, but I did want to place a review of the booking process. I was accidentally quoted a price that was too low for this property, and despite the significant cut in normal price the owner honored the quoted price (and then quickly corrected the booking mistake!). But I do think it shows a level of honesty and good business practice to honor a quote despite the error. Kudos to the management of this property, and my family and I cannot wait to stay. I will update on the actual stay once we arrive and spend our family holiday at the lake.

Great choice, I rented the house for our annual ladies night out in February 2014 (40 women). I'm currently making reservations for 2016. It had plenty of room. Although we went in the winter we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi. My favorite place was the kitchen equipped with everything I needed. We didn't have to leave all weekend. This was a GREAT house for our family. In total we comfortably housed 10 adults and 9 children. Having three levels of living space really opened up the stay for our kids to play without being overbearing on the adults that wanted to visit. The bunk room and the secret passage to the attic were loved by the children. Through trap doors in the ceiling, kids are able to climb from their bunk bed into a playroom in the attic. Our kids just loved it. This wasn't a huge deal for us since our kids were all so excited to visit and have sleepovers with their cousins, but this is a simply fix that would make for a better experience. Some of the beds were not extremely comfortable either but in general we really enjoyed our stay.The House is located within short driving distance of Grand Rapids (about a 5-20 minute ride depending on where you are going in the city) and the lake setting is very beautiful. We enjoyed our stay, and would not hesitate to recommend Campau Heaven to any large groups that need a place to stay.The owner (Frank) was great, and very accommodating. He is very attentive and seeks to make sure that his guests have a wonderful stay at the lake house.

My fiancé and I decided to have a joint party with our closet friend before our wedding. It was the best time ever. Everyone had such an amazing time and still talk about it to this day. We hope to start a tradition where we do something like this every year because it was perfect. The property is even better in person. Clean, neat and very welcoming. The communication was there throughout the entire process which was very beneficial with having such a large group and getting answers to the questions that arises leading into our stay. We had a great time and loved this place it has so many beds and common spaces with fun things to do. If I knew of this place prior to this stay we would have booked it for our family Christmas party. Just a great place and time on the pontoon boat also we learned how to knee board and never had so much fun jumping into the lake. This property has a beautiful setting with multiple amenities. A great home for a families, gatherings, retreats, etc.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful Lake home! It was clean, comfortable and had a great layout for all of our family. The kids enjoyed their own space in the game room downstairs and the rest of us adults enjoyed our space upstairs and on the beautiful deck overlooking the lake! I would highly recommend this to friends and family! We will definitely be coming back!.

My (now) wife and I rented this property for a weekend getaway wedding with our closest friends and family. We got married at Caledonia lakeside park (nearby) on a beautiful afternoon and the rental procedure was painless. We were a little noisier than we had anticipated but the neighbors let us know and it wasn't a problem. I advise carpooling if you are having a wedding style event as we had trouble fitting 14 cars in the available area. Although a few items were starting to wear out and/are in need of maintenance or replacing we were told that they were doing yearly maintenance soon and they were so sorry for the inconvenience.We are looking into doing a 5 year reunion here down the road and recommend you try the place out, it's amazing.

We have many places that maybe better for larger group as this place is awesome its parking can be a issue unless you park at the school on the corner. We would only suggest 60 or less people to keep things comfortable but have had 100 or more. The pontoon boat is large and seats well for larger groups as a rental and I am not sure if you rented that as well but suggest this on your return visit in 5 years. We are in for the long haul will have many improvements for your return this year we added 8 burner gas grill, 6 channel router with 2 device channels, 50 inch smart streaming online television, unlimited you tube video jukebox, 4 full over full with high end 8 inch foam sleeper tops, additional couches now in lower level, pontoon boat, 3rd laundry center, x box, wii and more... We have replaced a few things and added more couches and new beds for the future and your next visit as we are just coming off our long season and found a weekend open to get this done. I had a great time in the midst of a little rain but still managed to get some pontoon boat tubing done with my kids and watch the game while grilling!! I had plenty of parking, the hot tub was great, the fishing was even good cooked up some pan fish for lunch! The beds are brand new and plush my kids loved the fort and xbox 360 and I had fun surfing for music on you tube. The cleaner was in a hurry to leave but I was 45 minutes late she gave me a quick rundown and made me feel bad ...again I was late so no problem...there I tipped her to take care of that matter... The captain and his crew were very happy we stayed at this very nice facility and went out to Lake Michigan on a yacht beautiful. We came back hang out by the fire the next morning I went to bed thinking for Xbox 360 and then went fishing and cook our salmon from Lake Michigan but a perfect spot hot tub rocks. Love the stars from 4th deck we are very happy please extend us a discount as we want to be part of the email subscription. One problem we had was a little bit of rain, we can get over that. This house is awesome! Myself and 18 guys stayed here on a golf trip. We had a ton of space and really enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The location was close to several nice courses and was only 15 minutes away from GR. The owner, Frank, was also extremely accommodating by getting us in last minute for the reservation, assisting with special rates from local courses, and getting us a great price on a party bus through his limo company. Highly recommend this place to large groups.

We stayed at this location in June and I couldn't be more happy. My wife's family does an annual family trip and this was the perfect house to fit our group. We had around 40 people in one house and we never felt crammed. The house had everything we needed to make our trip fantastic. There are stores really close so we did our grocery shopping the day we arrived and had plenty of space to keep everything in the kitchen. There was a bed for everyone and they were very comfortable. We loved the place so much that we have decided to absolutely come back for our family trip again next summer. Frank is so amazing to work with and makes the process so easy and they are so accommodating. It was great to hear that they have continue to make updates to the house to make it even better. Stayed here this summer for a family vacation. Absolutely could not have asked for a better experience. Owners were very nice and responsive to all questions we had. My family and I stayed at this cottage for a mini family reunion and we absolutely loved it. It had everything you could possibly think of: multiple living rooms and kitchens, TVs, towels and linens, bonfire pits, a beach volleyball court, jacuzzis, and a boat for rental! We stayed very comfortably and had a blast here. Management of the property was super helpful and I’d highly recommend any large group or family to stay here!
