Sleeping accommodations for up to 15 people. Five bedrooms are as follows: Main floor "Garden Master" has partial lake views, queen iron bed, 1/2 bath, and sliding door to patio and garden. Main floor has 2 bedrooms 2 queen beds and a den with two twins, daybed with trundle. Second floor master suite has stunning lake views, queen canopy bed, fireplace, door to sundeck and master bath has whirlpool tub, dual shower and separate toilet enclosure. 2nd floor guest bedroom has two twin beds and one queen bed and is furnished with a nautical flair. Fifth room has a set of bunks in hidden room. 4 ½ bathrooms.
Relax and enjoy the stunning views of Lake Michigan from the large screened porch and 2nd floor sundeck. Den with French doors adjacent to living room sleeps three on pull out couch and chair. Game room with pool table and ping pong table in lower level. 2nd floor family room has small kitchenette and three sliding glass doors opening sundeck. Large sundeck on 2nd floor has been nicknamed the "sunset deck" as it is a favored place for guests to enjoy the beauty and nightly ritual of watching the sun set into Lake Michigan. It's also a great place for an afternoon picnic or nap!
Central airconditioning. Outdoor shower has warm water. Large yard (1+ acres) is mostly open, flat and grassy and is a great place to play outdoor games. Boulder lined fire pit is on the bluff. Two car garage. Special attention has been paid to privacy with interior walls being insulated and doors having solid cores.
Outdoor amenities include charcoal grill, hammock, picnic tables, fire pit surrounded by wood benches on bluff, stone patios, birdfeeders, extensive bike path system along Lakeshore, etc.
