This amazing resort oasis features a 1,400 sq. ft. pool, large multi-person Jacuzzi, and a children's wading pool. Majestic Dunes offers the illuminating sport court for tennis or basketball, a sand volleyball court, and of course... THE BEACH!!

This beautifully furnished, well-appointed 9,500-square-foot home includes: This location sleeps 30 very comfortably. The attached pool house sleeps 10 in queens size pull out sleeper sofas and 2 twin chair beds with 2 private club style his her bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette.
You will love it. Great layout with 8 bedrooms featuring queen size beds and pull-out sofas, in the master and tv room with 6 bathrooms.

We do have one pack-n-play

One full kitchen and a fully equipped kitchenette. This house features wonderful, open multi-purpose rooms, and the lower level features a club like atmosphere.
This home comes fully equip with all linens, blankets, towels, etc... steam shower, gas fireplace, gas grill, comfortable outdoor and poolside furnishings, big screen TV/DVD, stereo, and laundry facilities.
Getting out and about... Travel 10 minutes South to Grand Haven, the great Coast Guard town..enjoy shopping, entertainment and all the great sites this town has to offer. Take a walk on the Grand Haven Pier and watch the beautiful West Michigan sunsets!
Take a drive to Muskegon, 15 minutes away and checkout The Lake House Waterfront Grill on Muskegon Lake! Try one of their awesome appetizers, famous 1/2 pound mouth watering burger, or wonderful Lake Michigan grilled salmon.
Hike the several miles of awesome sand dunes the area has to offer, or create your own adventure on the hundreds of miles of the Lake Michigan shoreline!


Amenities include:
Bedroom layout as follows 8 bedrooms with queen size beds, additional pull-out sofa in master bedroom and tv room, 6 bathrooms, kitchen and various multi-purpose rooms.
Inground 1400 square foot pool, 12 ft diameter jacuzzi, kids wading pool, illuminated tennis / basketball court/ sand volleyball court.

Please note... No Pets allowed No Weddings No Smoking allowed...However a deposit of $1000 to hold to get approval we dont charge unless approved. If approved the 1/2 down with signed agreement, less the $1000 deposit.
Then the balance is due 45 days from rental date with $2500 refundable damage deposit .$350 prep/clean fee not included...and group type and mix of kids and adults to get approval which may take 5-14 days as owners travel quite often and this is strictly a guest house.
Deposit is $1000 plus 3% cc fees or less depending amount of rental. CONTRACT DUE signed within 53 days.
Then half deposit less the $1000 approved payment is due of balance within 3-5 business days by check only no credit cards on balances.

A $2500 deposit is due with final balance. Which is due 45 days prior to rental with signed agreement aside from your online agreement plus $350 clean due with balance and damage deposit.
Check in is 4pm for contract holder and guests are invited to join after the estimated 1 hour inventory check in
