Book now as we will only take bookings up to 7 nights (Feb 1st) out before we book single houses of this group
Rates full week Sunday to Sunday only until Feb 1st-13th $34,900
Then Feb 14th we will book Weekends Wednesday to Sunday only 4 nights if includes weekends $24,000
We will also book at this time Sunday to Wednesday at the 7 months prior 3 nights only for $14,000
Cleaning fee is $800 for all 4 houses
tax and gratuity and extra add ons are seperate

Deposit is refundable up to 3 days after booking and non refundable after that however you can purchase cancel insurance to get a full refund through CSA and damager insurance
